Analyzing Experimental Data

Within the Experimental Data course we explored the ILLMO program, developed by J.B. Martens, in order to make sense out of large data sets. Eventually, we did a user test containing 5 different design interventions to reduce coffee consumption among students. With a great amount of data, we were able to explain the effect of each of these interventions and how they would affect the usability. In order to do so, we made use of cluster analysis, used likelihood calculations, searched for the right Gaussian model based on histograms and used multi model comparison techniques.
