In this research semester, I chose to investigate the value of process visualization on the coaching practice of teachers while working on design based learning projects. Children were given a prototype in which they could activate colored lights to indicate what processes they already performed and what they were doing at the moment. In this way, teachers were given an overview of the process that the children went through and thus were able to ask more directed questions. Although the final result could only be seen as an indication due to the limited amount of participants, the test data showed promising results.
